Health IT recently implemented an improvement to the intake processes for IT software and contracts. To simplify and streamline this workflow, the software intake process (SIP) and IT contracts review form were combined into one new intake form in Service Now: SIP & IT Contract Request Form.
With the new, consolidated form, requestors will submit a single form. Based on responses, the form will automatically route to SIP, IT contracts or both. To learn more about SIP, visit this overview page on the IT website.
