Sightline, the multiyear operational and digital transformation program launched by the university and health system, selected Workday to replace SAP as the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Sightline was created to improve processes and technology across the enterprise. Over the next few years, key functions such as human resources, finance, sponsored research, and procurement and supply chain will be enhanced and streamlined. As work progresses, jobs will be created to support the evolving and future needs of the Sightline program.
