Vaccine Management System (VMS) Updates

The VMS is your one-stop shop for tracking your vaccine information. 

Per Johns Hopkins policy, all students, trainees, postdoctoral fellows, faculty, and staff must receive an annual flu vaccine. Proof must be uploaded by November 18, 2022. Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM) and University (JHU) employees must use VMS to document their 2022-23 flu vaccination. 

VMS now includes: 

• Flu vaccine compliance tracking 
• Flu vaccine vouchers 
• Updated COVID-19 bivalent booster vaccine tracking

Download a voucher to receive your free flu shot by pressing Flu Voucher on the bar that says Your flu voucher is available. After you receive your flu vaccine, return to VMS to submit your flu vaccine documentation. 

VMS was developed in early 2021 to track and verify COVID vaccinations and exceptions. To date, VMS has tracked more than 250,000 vaccinations. Learn more about VMS.
