IT@JH teams who need communications assistance–from refining an email message for a large audience to creating a complex communications strategy for a major IT change–now have a central way to reach out for help. A newly-developed form allows IT@JH communications staff to track and prioritize requests to ensure alignment with leadership goals and priorities. Starting today, this form will be the first step in receiving assistance from the communications and marketing team within IT@JH. This effort is part of a larger goal to standardize and simplify communication across IT@JH.
