Suburban recently went live on a new phone system, replacing an aging environment. The work to complete this go-live was completed by IT@JH’s Telecommunications team. Suburban joins Sibley Memorial Hospital on this new system. Johns Hopkins Health System’s National Capital Region (NCR) includes both Sibley Memorial Hospital and Suburban Hospital, along with ambulatory and specialty care practices within Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and Montgomery County, Maryland. This update continues progress toward the strategic priority of working as one organization.
