The Health IT team recently moved into the 5th floor of the 750 E. Pratt St. building, after their lease ended at their previous Lancaster Street home. The team went from occupying over 65,000 square feet on three floors to almost 27,000 square feet one on floor in their new location. The team reduced their square footage and optimized a space redesigned for the hybrid work environment. This new space emphasizes hot desking (employees can use any available desk vs. a fixed workstation), flexible office scheduling, and collaborative spaces for teams to gather when they are onsite.
