Josh Newman recently began his new role as Vice President, Clinical Systems. After working at Epic for several years, Josh joined IT@JH in 2018 as an IT Director of Healthcare Data Architecture and Integration and became Senior Director of Health IT in 2020. As a senior leader, Josh will now oversee all software used to take care of patients (including Epic and other enterprise software solutions). Josh stated, “I’m deeply grateful for the support of my colleagues, mentors, and the outstanding team here at Johns Hopkins. Health IT is at an exciting crossroads, and I look forward to driving meaningful impact for our clinicians, administrative staff, and our patients.”
