IT@JH on Best Places to Work in IT List-Again!

For the eighth year in a row, IT@JH is one of Computerworld’s Best Places to Work in Information Technology. Computerworld released its 2023 ranking of the top 100 work environments for technology professionals, and IT@JH was ranked No. 21 among 58 large organizations. We also ranked #3 in the top 10 for IT growth.

Selection is judged on the quality and excellence of the workplace. The list is compiled based on a comprehensive questionnaire regarding company offerings in six categories: DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) practices; IT turnover, promotions and growth; IT retention and engagement programs; remote/hybrid working; benefits and perks (such as elder care and child care, flextime, and reimbursement for college tuition); and training and career development opportunities. In addition to receiving scores based on answers to closed-ended questions, the survey entries (including numerous open-ended responses) were reviewed and evaluated by a panel of industry experts.
