IT@JH runs the Managed Print Services (MPS) program at Johns Hopkins. Departments or teams have the option of purchasing smaller desktop devices or leasing larger floor-standing devices. These purchased or leased printers may be eligible for automatic consumable management, remote support, and on-site support when necessary.
