AI/HopGPT Challenge Entry Deadline: Monday, March 2

As previously reported, the updated AI/HopGPT Challenge deadline is Monday, March 2, which is fast approaching. Don’t miss the opportunity to help Johns Hopkins IT leverage the latest in AI.  

Here is a reminder of the proposal submission guidelines: Write a summary of your project and submit it to your respective IT Cabinet member (the senior leader on this page who your team reports to) and copy Lisa Sparks.

• ‌The submission should focus on an actual application of AI, rather than a proposal for something you want to try. 
• It’s acceptable to frame your work as a proof of concept that may require funding to achieve its full benefit. 
• Ideally, projects will leverage HopGPT. If using other systems, please ensure you have budget approval for any additional costs associated with using those resources.

After the March 2 deadline, the Johns Hopkins IT leadership team will evaluate all the applications received and will determine next steps for the most highly rated ideas. While there have been many stand-out submissions to date, there is still a chance to contribute to the future of AI at Johns Hopkins.
