Josh Newman is an accomplished VP of Clinical Systems with over 15 years of experience driving transformative healthcare IT initiatives. Currently responsible for software involved in patient care at Johns Hopkins, he oversees teams managing Epic systems, enterprise data operations, and digital health innovations. His leadership has delivered impactful outcomes, including a seamless migration to the Epic hosted environment and the implementation and execution of an Enterprise Software Intake Process. An expert in process optimization and team development, Josh has successfully led telehealth expansions, system integrations, and strategic IT advancements. In addition to his time at Johns Hopkins, his career spans roles at Northwestern Medicine, Epic Systems, and the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, where he consistently aligned technology solutions with organizational goals. Josh is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance patient care and operational excellence. Outside of work, Josh enjoys traveling to new countries, trying new restaurants, and cheering on Wisconsin sports teams.
