His leadership has delivered impactful outcomes, including a seamless migration to the Epic hosted environment and the implementation and execution of an Enterprise Software Intake Process. An expert in process optimization and team development, Josh has successfully led telehealth expansions, system integrations, and strategic IT advancements. In addition to his time at Johns Hopkins, his career spans roles at Northwestern Medicine, Epic Systems, and the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, where he consistently aligned technology solutions with organizational goals.
