Dustin Beazer

Dustin is deeply committed to the transformative impact HR can have on an organization’s mission. He believes that the success or failure of an organization is tied to its ability to harness the full human capability of its teams. Dustin joins Johns Hopkins from Tyler Technologies, where he successfully led his HR team through a decade of rapid growth and transformation. With a strong passion for analytics and data visualization, Dustin led the development of Tyler’s enterprise HR analytics suite, delivering actionable insights to drive business decisions. He also freelanced as an HR consultant, providing advisory services, customized HR solutions, and in-depth analyses to small businesses in the defense and public policy sectors. Dustin has also held HR roles in the healthcare, agriculture, and automotive industries. He brings expertise in process optimization, compensation, organizational design, and project management. He holds a PMP certification and he is bilingual in English and Spanish. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Dustin holds an MBA from Washington State University and a BS in Business and a BA in Foreign Languages from Central Washington University. Outside of work, Dustin enjoys classic literature, gardening, baking, birdwatching, and climbing.
