The Data Trust Analytic Teams migrated nearly 800 Tableau dashboards to Power BI in just one year. The need to migrate was announced in January 2025, and our teams suspended the existing Tableau JHM Enterprise Analytics site on January 14, 2026. This migration directly supports ongoing efforts to enhance patient safety, improve quality outcomes, and streamline systemwide operational performance.
More than 8,000 people across JHM are active Power BI users. The Power BI Quick Guide developed by the Epic Training Team provides quick tips and links to more in-depth information on using Power BI. The Power BI Help Desk page offers links to support for all Power BI Users and developers. If you are unsure where to find what you need, use the Support Request Form. If you have questions about a specific dashboard, the Information page should offer developer details and links to help.
